Ingredients
2 onions
4 garlic cloves
2 smoked ham hocks
3 (32 oz.) containers chicken broth
3 packages Robinson Fresh™ collard greens
1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
1 ½ tsp. salt
¾ tsp pepper
Instructions
Combine onion, garlic, ham hocks, and chicken broth in large cooking pot.
Cook over medium heat until meat is tender, about two hours.
Add remaining ingredients.
Stir and cook to desired tenderness, about two hours.
