Ingredients
- 2 onions
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 smoked ham hocks
- 3 (32 oz.) containers chicken broth
- 3 packages Robinson Fresh™ collard greens
- 1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
- 1 ½ tsp. salt
- ¾ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Combine onion, garlic, ham hocks, and chicken broth in large cooking pot.
- Cook over medium heat until meat is tender, about two hours.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Stir and cook to desired tenderness, about two hours.
